Delivery, Renewals, Cancellation and Refunds

Licence Delivery

Your MAD activation key will be delivered to you, at the email address you register, as soon as practicable after you complete the payment process.

This should usually be within 1 working day.

Licence Renewal

Your MAD licence will not automatically renew at the end of your licence period. You will need to complete a further transaction at the end of the period to acquire a new key to continue to use the licence.

Cancellation and Refunds

Other than as required by UK law, ResourceIT offers no right of refund or cancellation once you have completed the payment process, with the following exception:

• You may obtain a full refund of your subscription by notifying us at enquiries@resourceit.net within 7 days of completing the payment process. Your subscription will be cancelled as soon as practicable and your access to the MAD revoked at that time.
