Scope

Clear and sharp thinking

The first stage in addressing your sales and marketing function, Scope is where we take a detailed look at your current situation, your business ambition and your capacity to deliver against it.

Business assessment

A highly interactive one day workshop to look at everything to do with winning, delivering against and sustaining business. We discuss your goals, your existing customers, your products and services, your proposition, addressable markets, proof points, current sales process - the list goes on.

The primary outcome is a detailed report with observations, recommendations and actions. We give you an invaluable external view of your current business and your opportunity for market growth. And we provide the roadmap for achieving this growth.

Marketing plan

Before undertaking any marketing activity you should have a clear plan of what you want to achieve and why. Many business owners and managers want to ‘just get on with it’ to provide a sense of progress. But what you really need is some clear and sharp thinking about your target market and your customer proposition. We help you to take a step back and develop a robust marketing strategy, supported by a documented plan that will make your marketing execution count.

Business plan

Another output of the business assessment workshop can be a formal business plan that is aligned to defined objectives. We can help you revise and create a formal statement of your business goals, with reasons why they are attainable and a plan for reaching them. We can help you build information about your internal and external stakeholders and focus your plan on achieving the goals that are important to these groups. By developing a balanced scorecard or defining critical success factors, we can also help you keep your internal and external plans on track.
