This our tool for a partner who wishes to move fast, but has limited time and resources available. Whilst we would always recommend a fully worked through business plan as the foundation for activity, we know that this is not always possible. So, we created Campaign in a Box.
So, if you set a budget (minimum £5k), we will come back to you with a program to fit it. Every Campaign in a Box is built up of a Value Proposition Workshop and a set of activities built up from well defined modules. The list of activities we choose covers telemarketing, email, PR, pinpoint, digital.
We carry out the execution on your behalf with a fully qualified team of professionals (a mix a retained staff and long standing associated dependent upon requirements) who project manage directly.

An initial phone conversation with one of our team will allow us to jointly articulate the topline goal. From here, we will quickly fix a date for a half day Value Proposition Workshop to ensure that there is clarity of direction at all levels.
The session is run by a Senior Business Consultant from ResourceiT plus project manager. Within the session, we establish the value proposition for the target market as well as decide which activities would best achieve the goals. Then, within 48 hours, we will provide you with both a full report of the session and a detailed project plan based on the output. Once you have approved this, we will get on with the execution.
