What is it?

Lots of people talk about the importance of knowing your “value proposition” but what on earth is it and how do you get one? Straight off the bat we can tell you. It means pulling together how you can communicate what you deliver to your customers and prospects to meet their needs. We have built a process for ensuring that the value proposition you create is absolutely bang on the money. Believe us when we tell you that whether you do or don’t have a marketing person in your business, this process is a dream come true and will enable you to absolutely nail your message and how you are best to deliver it.
If you have ever created what you think is a really great solution, produced a whole load of web content or marketing collateral about the offering, set up an event that got very low attendance or spent a lot of money on telemarketing with hardly any leads coming out of it – then this is the session for you.

Partners that are taking a new product or solution to market, partners who have invested in marketing campaigns in the past and found them not to have delivered the desired results, marketing managers that could do with some help and support pulling a value proposition together to take to market, or people within partner businesses that have little or no marketing experience and need to work out how to communicate their message in the best way, to the right people.

How do we do it?

Armed with a clear idea of what you want to do, we get together with you for a half-day session and walk you through our unique 10-step process creating your identified value proposition and supporting message along the way.

We will give you a completely different way of looking at your offering, putting yourself in the buyers shoes and drawing out of you, all the things that will make your ideal prospect want to know more.

We don’t just look at the message; we also advise you on how to market it and make decisions about what you want the prospect or customer to do when they have bought in to the relevance of the message.

There is always a Project manager on-site with us, who will capture everything that is discussed in the session and send it back to you for your approval – then the magic begins …
