Telemarketing

ResourceiT provides business consulting and sales and marketing services to Microsoft and its partners. We are looking for internal sales apprentices who are interested in completing an NVQ Level 3 in Sales, and once employed will be provided with additional training on how to market all of the Microsoft products over the telephone and achieve official Microsoft sales qualification and accreditations.
The role mainly consists of telemarketing within a dedicated experienced marketing team.

Candidate Skills Required:
• You must have a strong work ethic and be comfortable with using
Microsoft desktop technologies (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and have good attention to detail
• You must be well-spoken with clear English communication skills
both written and verbal and have a warm, friendly personality that
you can apply in a business environment
Personal Qualities:
• We require candidates who are outgoing, confident, presentable
and well-spoken and thrive on working in a pressurised and lively
sales environment
Qualifications required:
• A good standard of English both verbally and written - minimum
of GCSE Grade C and above in English and Maths
• Able to use Microsoft programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel
and PowerPoint
Additional details reality check:
• This role involves making lots of cold telephone calls - over 70
per day. If you are not prepared to work hard and strive to achieve
results for yourself, the company and our clients then this is not
the role for you.
